Question 1

What kind of companies use Navos?

Accepted Answer

Two shapes of company, and the investors who own them. Founder-led businesses whose margin moves with the outside world and where nobody has watching it as their job: there, Navos is the strategy function. Larger companies with a strategy or finance team that already exists: there, Navos is the system that team runs on, the outside base it cannot maintain itself and the memory that outlives its turnover. And funds that own operating companies and want the same read across the portfolio.

Question 2

How is Navos different from hiring an advisor?

Accepted Answer

The difference is continuity. Navos holds your business context permanently, watches the world against it as it moves, and is there the moment a question comes up. When something shifts, you do not wait for the next piece of work to find out what it means for you.

Question 3

How is Navos different from ChatGPT or Claude?

Accepted Answer

A general model answers from its training data and whatever you paste into a session. Navos answers from what it has produced for your company: the brief on the world around your business, the module reports, and your own numbers where you have connected them. Every claim names the document behind it and links to it. When nothing Navos holds covers the question, it says so instead of reaching. And it does not wait to be asked. When something you planned on stops being true, it tells you, with the work already drafted.

Question 4

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Ask for a demo. We build the first record of your business from what is public and what you tell us, and the first brief lands before you have connected a single system. From there, connect your ledgers, your cost build or your order book when you are ready, and the answers move from companies like yours to yours.

Question 5

How does Navos get smarter about my business over time?

Accepted Answer

The record grows. Every brief adds to it. Every answer stays in the thread where you left it, and every assumption you confirm or correct is written down with the date. Connect more of your own numbers and more of each answer is about you rather than your sector. What Navos does not do is guess: where the record is silent, it says so.

Question 6

How do I trust what Navos tells me?

Accepted Answer

Two ways. Every claim is traceable: the document, the edition and the date, named in the sentence. And when the record does not cover a question, it declines rather than reaching. Where a figure has to be exact, it is worked out the same way every time, and if an input it needs is missing it says what is missing rather than estimating around the gap. The decision remains yours.

Question 7

Is my data safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your data is encrypted, access-controlled, never sold, shared only with the sub-processors we name, and never used to train models. Navos is designed to meet the standards that regulated industries require.
