Our story
The three of us have been friends from school. We spent the next decade helping shape the decisions companies make under uncertainty. Thanos at BCG, advising CEOs and executive teams on strategy and transformation. Filippos at Brookings and CEPA, advising government and private sector leaders on the geopolitical forces that shape markets. Thomas at SEGA Europe, building the data platforms that turn millions of signals into action.
Everywhere we looked, we saw the same gap: the intelligence that drives the best decisions exists. It's just scattered, and no one has continuous access to it.
We knew the gap personally. Two of us watched our family businesses collapse during the Greek financial crisis, not from poor management, but from external shocks the boardroom had no way to see coming.
So we built Navos: the advisor we wish our family businesses had to survive. And the one we believe every firm deserves to have.

Filippos Letsas
Co-founder and COO
Leads sales and operations at Navos. Previously led geopolitical research programs and engagements as Chief of Staff at the Center for European Policy Analysis and as Researcher and Coordinator at the Brookings Institution. MBA, Wharton. BA Political Economy, Georgetown University.
Founded in 2025. Currently working with a select group of companies across Europe and North America.
