Website terms of use

Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the navos.ai marketing website you agree to be bound by these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Navos AI, Inc.; if you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation and "you" refers to that organisation.
Who we are
The site is operated by Navos AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation with registered office at 1111B S Governors Ave, Ste 39989, Dover, DE 19904, United States. References to "we," "us," or "Navos" mean Navos AI, Inc.
Scope
These terms govern your use of the Navos marketing website at navos.ai — the public site you are reading right now. They cover browsing the site, submitting contact or demo forms, and reading published content such as blog posts or product descriptions.
The Navos product platform (the authenticated application behind the login) is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement delivered at the point of sale, together with the in-product terms shown at sign-up. If you are a product customer looking for the platform terms, request them from your account contact or at contact@navos.ai. Nothing on this page creates a subscription or service agreement for that product.
Related policies
Your use of the site is also governed by these documents, which are incorporated by reference:
- Privacy policy — how we process visitor personal data, consent management, international transfers, and your rights.
- Cookie policy — what cookies are set, consent categories, and how to withdraw consent.
- Acceptable use policy — behaviours that are not allowed on the site.
- Website disclaimer — no professional advice, third-party link disclaimer.
Eligibility
The site is intended for business use by individuals aged 16 or older. It is not directed at children. If we learn that a child under 16 has submitted personal information via the site, we will delete it — see the Children's data section of the Privacy policy. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you must have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Permitted use
You may access and use the site for lawful purposes such as evaluating Navos, reading our published content, and submitting inquiry forms. You may not:
- Use automated systems, scrapers, or bots to access the site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any part of the site, except under a responsible disclosure flow at contact@navos.ai.
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or rate limits, or interfere with the site's operation.
- Use the site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.
- Use the content to train machine-learning or AI systems without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed in our robots.txt and llms.txt files.
See the Acceptable use policy for the full list.
Content and intellectual property
All text, graphics, logos, illustrations, data visualisations, software, and other material published on navos.ai are the property of Navos AI, Inc. or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The name "Navos," the Navos compass mark, and related brand assets are trademarks of Navos AI, Inc.
You may read, print, or share reasonable excerpts of our published content for non-commercial personal or internal business use, with appropriate attribution and a link to the source page. You may quote short passages in academic, journalistic, or analyst work with attribution. You may not republish, sell, or substantially copy our content, or use our trademarks in any way that suggests endorsement, without prior written permission.
AI-generated and third-party content
The site may include outputs generated by AI systems (sample briefings, product previews, visualisations) and references to third-party data, research, or services. Such content is provided for illustrative and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, investment, tax, or other professional advice. See the Website disclaimer for the full treatment.
Form submissions
When you submit a contact, demo, careers, or similar form, you represent that: (a) the information you provide is accurate; (b) you are authorised to provide it; and (c) you are acting on your own behalf or with authority to act on behalf of the organisation you name. We use the information you submit as described in the Privacy policy. We may decline to respond to any submission at our discretion.
Links to third-party sites
The site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, supervisory authority pages referenced in the privacy policy, research citations, or partner pages). Those sites are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability, and a link does not imply endorsement.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy or completeness of any information on the site. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. This section does not limit any warranty that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navos AI, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the site, regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or in connection with the marketing site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100) or the amount you have paid us (if any) for access to the site in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navos AI, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any third-party claim, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these terms; (b) your unlawful or unauthorised use of the site; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right. We will give you prompt notice of any claim for which we seek indemnity and reasonable cooperation in the defence.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, violated applicable law, or acted in a way that could harm the site or its users. We may also modify or discontinue any part of the site at any time. Suspension or termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to us.
Copyright (DMCA) notices
If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, please send a notice that satisfies 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) to contact@navos.ai with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line. The notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the allegedly infringing material with a URL; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act; and your physical or electronic signature. We will respond in accordance with the DMCA safe-harbour procedures.
Force majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, pandemic, governmental action, power or network failures, or the failure of third-party cloud or infrastructure providers.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence, and nothing prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings in their local courts where the law requires.
Severability, assignment, entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not assign them without our prior written consent. These terms, together with the policies linked under Related policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Navos AI, Inc. regarding the marketing site, and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject matter. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
Survival
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Content and intellectual property, No warranties, Limitation of liability, Indemnity, Governing law and venue, and Severability, assignment, entire agreement — will survive any termination or expiration of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged more prominently (for example, by a banner on the site) for a reasonable period. Your continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Prior versions are available on request.
